Since 2006 our team has specialised in estimating residential and commercial building projects across the UK. We supported 100's of SMEs during the COVID pandemic and are winners of the SME Awards UK for Estimating in the UK with 1000's of referrals and reviews.

With an enormous amount of experience in the construction industry, we invest in our clients with affordable, accurate products designed to win business and consistently offer our service at an affordable cost for the duration of the contract and beyond. 

Our Senior Partners have been hands on builders and developers for over thirty years, individually. They have focused our continued investment with SME construction companies to add value to their businesses by offering affordable professional estimating products and consultancy services without the expense of having to hire a full-time professional.  The Buildersmates business has now expanded to Councils and Developers across the UK.

Our range of services extends far beyond our core estimating products with Integral Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Procurement Advice.  

With real building experience, our clients rely on our ability to produce robust, accurate cost plans within set timescales that effectively manage the front-end of any project.  

Throughout COVID we invested heavily in SMEs, providing planning leads, discounted estimating, deferred payments and interest free credit to ALL of our clients in a concerted effort to, at least, give some stability to our industry.
