How do I send my plans to you?

All you have to do is to send your plans to our centralised address for review by our team. Our sureyors will examine your documentation in detail and send you a quotation for the work you would like to be carried out.  We operate a Pro Forma invoicing system which automatically books your allocation. Then team then complete your project within your allocatedtime frame and send it back to you. 

How do you ensure that the takeoffs are accurate and complete?

Our experience in construction and quantity surveying industry allows us to understand that accuracy and timely delivery is of utmost importance to your project. Our work is quality checked before you receive it, ensuring that you get the highest quality work. We are fully committed to client satisfaction and leverage latest technologies to meet your needs while ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.

What if you have any questions, how do you handle it?

When your business begins working with us, you will be assigned a Senior Partner as a point of contact. If you have any questions, you can directly email and your questions will be taken care of appropriately.

What software do you use?

Our surveyors are skilled at working with latestsoftware. We use Planswift, On Center, Active Takeoff, ViewPoint, Stack and AppliCad.

Which construction divisions do you handle?

We provide estimating, construction plan and take off services for commercial, residential projects. We can supply works information for every aspect of every project.

What are your terms of cancellation?

Our terms of engagement are flexible. We do not believe in locking you up with long term agreements. The benefit of working with us is that you can work with us when you need to. 

What is your pricing policy?

Our prices are standardised. We work per unit, not per square meter. We calculate multiples, often with discounts for repeat designs.

How quick is your turn around time?

All of our projects work to prescribed deadlines. We do not exceed FIVE working days unless by prior arrangement depending on specifications.

How many clients have you worked with?

With 17 years of experience in estimatingindustry, we have provided services to contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers internationally. We have over 11k satisfied clients worldwide  and 24k subscribers.

Can you send a sample of what you have done for other clients?

Of course. We are more than happy to send redacted samples of the most recent work we have caried out together with fully marked up drawings so you can clearly see how we derived our measurements and costs.
